  • Do I have to call the “Mittelabruf” (Draw down) monthly or can I also call the “Mittelabruf” (Draw down) collectively after, for example, 3 months?

    Yes, monthly, but retroactively for several months in larger amounts is also possible.

     

  • Do I have to open a project account for the funding or can the funds be transferred to my private account?

    No, it is not necessary to open a project account. The bank details provided in the application have been used for the grant agreement. If the data is not correct or changes, please contact the DIS-TANZEN team.

    In justified cases, the funding period can be shifted again. For this purpose, however, the grant agreement (“Fördervertrag”) and some attachments must be resent. If necessary, please contact the DIS-TANZEN team.

    For the proof of use (“Verwendungsnachweis”), in addition to the factual report and the completed financing plan, a list of receipts must be submitted on which the income (i.e. the funds drawn down) is listed.

    The focus of the project should correspond to the objectives formulated in the application, since the jury has approved them. Nevertheless, there is some leeway for weighting the different aspects within the project.

  • What happens if one takes up a part-time job that is socially insured during the funding period?

    If the situation changes and you want to interrupt the funding because of a permanent job, another project or illness, this is usually not a problem. Of course we are happy to pay out the money and then the sum would be "lost" for the time, but in principle there is a certain flexibility regarding this.

    The funds must be requested within the project period, in which case a call for funds is possible until 12/31/2021. However, in the last month of the year, we ask you to submit the funds call by Dec. 10, 2021, so that it can be processed on time.
