When submitting an application, you provide us with personal data (name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, bank details, identity card number, sex, address, photographs of you, etc.) which will be processed by us or third parties in accordance with Article 6b GDPR and which is required for processing, decision-making, approval of your application and, if your application is approved, for the implementation of the funding process.

I hereby confirm that I am providing the personal data I have transmitted voluntarily (Article 4 No. 11 GDPR).
I consent to the collection, storage, processing and transmission to third parties by Dachverband Tanz Deutschland of the personal data contained in the application and all supplementary documents. Dachverband Tanz will also transmit the data to third parties who award grants as part of the Neustart Kultur programme in order to prevent duplication of funding by the Neustart Kultur programme. The data processing is necessary for the handling, implementation, review, evaluation and publication of the measures related to the funding.
I declare that I am providing the personal data necessary for processing in accordance with the provisions of budgetary law and the relevant funding regulations voluntarily. I consent to the transmission of the application and proof of use of any funds received to the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media (BKM).
I consent to the publication of the name of the applicant, the title of the project and the amount approved by the BKM and Dachverband Tanz Deutschland.
I consent to the processing and transmission of the data to the BKM, the Federal Administration Office and, if applicable, to an auditing company for statistical purposes.
If you refuse to consent to the above, your application cannot be processed.

Withdrawal of consent: Insofar the processing of personal data is based on your consent (point a of Article 6 (1) GDPR), you may withdraw your consent at any time for the relevant purpose. The lawfulness of the processing based on your consent shall remain unaffected until receipt of your notice of withdrawal.
Erasure: We process and store your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it is stored. If we are legally obliged to do so, we will also store your data beyond that point until the statutory data retention period has expired. In the event that we grant your request and you receive funding, we will store your data permanently.
